Like the five elements complete the universe, we are not complete without our main objective to bring about changes in the fields of Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Environment and Agriculture. We are a non-profit NGO powered by a young team which is focused on spending their energy on changing this world for those in need. We may be settled in good jobs, but we want the community we grew up in to grow along with us. We stand by those in need addressing their issues and helping them reach out the right authorities to solve their issues. Making this world a better place for the less fortunate is not only a duty, for us, it is what we breathe. Come join us, for, together, we can change the world forever.
Health
As a non-profit organization we work towards providing basic medical facilities to those in need. With a network of volunteers who support the organization and help to ensure that the most underprivileged members of society are able to receive care. We also work closely with local authorities to ensure that the community's needs are being met. The organization also brings health camps to the slums. We take care of anyone who needs treatment for a long-term ailment focusing on children and adults as well.
Education
At a time when the funds provided by the government are proving to be insufficient, we are urging helping hands to revive the condition of the schools to provide a better platform for children to build their future. We conduct awareness programs in schools on various issues to give a better scope of building the students who are in turn going to build the future society. Students who show merit will also receive financial assistance for higher studies. We also encourage students to take up sports if they have the talent to excel in any format.
Agriculture
Despite the importance of farmers in society, we have been looking down upon them in this technology driven world. Their issues are going unheard and their woes are unsettled. Five fingers organization is going to identify the farmer issues and provide solutions in the right direction. We will guide them in raising the issue at the right official and getting their problem sorted. Farmers can also approach us in case of a requirement for expert advice. We will connect them with the right medium so that they gain knowledge to prosper in their endeavors.
Environment
What are we without good air to breathe? With an increasing population due to migration, Hyderabad city needs as much greenery as possible to counter the pollution being caused. We will take up environment-healthy drives as part of our activities. We work together with environment-friendly organisations in taking part in plantation drives. We will raise our voices to oppose cutting down trees in the name of development. We will do our bit to ensure Hyderabad does not become the epitome of environmental pollution.
Women Empowerment
Women need as much space in society as men and any issues related to them will be taken up by five fingers to fight for equality. Women who face any kind of issue like eve teasing or domestic harassment can approach Five Fingers and we are readily going to support them in fighting their cause in the right mediums to give them justice. We will also do our best to ensure the girl child in the slums is not deprived of quality education and basic rights or health. With frequent drives, we will ensure they are well provided for to lead a respectful life in society.

Reviving government hospitals
We focus on reviving the Government hospitals and others in need. Several years ago, when half of the building of a Government hospital got caved in we have gone from pillar to post to get the hospital revived with the help of local public representatives and software companies as it is the only hospital for the people of that locality.
Helping develop government schools
Despite funds coming in for the development of government schools, they lack facilities and the children are facing untold woes. We identify schools that are in need of facilities and gather funds to provide what they lack like setting up a library and distributing school bags to the students.
